An anti-stress method with great success !
Coloring Books for adults know a great success over the last years. The english newspaper "The Telegraph" writes in an article from february 2015 that the sales of coloring books knows a 300 per cent rise in sales year-on-year between Christmas 2013 and 2014.


Why such a popularity ?

Some years ago, coloring was considered to be an activity reserved to children. But since the therapeutic benefits of coloring become more and more well-known, this anti-stress method is increasingly used to relax after a hard day's work.

In a world where everything is moving faster and faster and where we spend a lot of time in front of our screens, permanently connectet to our phone and emails .... many of us have a need to disconnect and to to a calming, manual, non mental activity on paper. Coloring is such an activity, and what's more it's an artistic activity, which permits to create our own artwork, and this even without particular artistic talents.
